Darktrace

Following the launch of 'The World Needs Defenders,' Darktrace's global platform evolved into its next chapter, shifting from recognition to reliance. If the first campaign honored defenders, this phase proves why they need Darktrace. The challenge was to build on an established visual and narrative system while raising the stakes, moving from introduction to escalation, where threats are faster, more complex, and less visible.

Shot on location in Lisbon, Portugal, the campaign again features Clark Gregg as our guide, anchoring the work in a human perspective while navigating increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. From there, the work expands in post, blending AI, VFX, and CGI to develop four distinct illustration and animation styles, each tailored to a different narrative world. Through a tightly integrated pipeline across editorial, design, and finishing, we translated live-action footage into dynamic visual systems that elevate the storytelling without losing clarity or control—creating a cohesive yet varied campaign built to scale across formats and channels.
