For years, Asana has helped teams do their best work. When it came time to launch AI Teammates, its biggest step yet, Asana came to Outlier to introduce a platform where people and agents work side by side. The ask was to create something anything but ordinary: a spot that would premiere live on stage at Asana’s Work Innovation Summit and announce what comes next.

In collaboration with Asana’s C-suite and brand team, we built on the familiar space and face that people know and love about Asana while fundamentally changing how people interact with the platform. Instead of leading with features, the film leads with possibility. From a ten-person team with the power of a hundred to an enterprise moving at the speed of a startup, AI Teammates let humans and agents workflow together. Across script and boards through motion, voiceover, and finishing, every frame was designed to make that future feel like a natural next chapter for Asana.
